AMERICAN RIVER PARKWAY FOUNDATION MILE STEWARDS

LFF has adopted Mile 18 North of the American River Parkway in an effort of help maintain a clean & safe parkway for our community. We will be hosting 3 clean-up days & hope that you can come out to share your time, meet new people, & support the parkway & LFF. This is a family event & all are welcome!

    American River Parkway Clean Up – March 2024

    On March 24, 2024, Lyme Fight Foundation spearheaded a transformative initiative, adopting Mile 18 North of the American River Parkway. With the unwavering support of over 50 dedicated volunteers, our community united to restore and maintain the pristine beauty of our cherished parkway. Together, we took action, ensuring a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant space for all to enjoy. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of our American River Parkway Foundation Mile Stewards event. Your commitment to environmental stewardship is truly inspiring!

    Lyme Fight Foundation Gala – September 2022

    In September 2022, Lyme Fight brought the community together for an evening of celebration and awareness at The Hut in Fair Oaks. With the sensational tunes of Brisco County filling the air and enlightening insights from a speaker courtesy of the Bay Area Lyme Foundation, our event was a resounding success.

    Fair Oaks 2022 Chicken Festival

    What a great time we had at the 17th annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival! Thank you to everyone who joined us for a day filled with feathers, fun, and festivities. Your enthusiastic participation made this event truly egg-ceptional. Until next time, keep on pecking!

    California International Marathon – December 2021

    LFF hosted an elite runner water station for the California International Marathon. The race had over 9,000 runners, with some runners hoping to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Thank you to all our volunteers for all their hard work and enthusiasm. It was such an inspirational and fun event! We hope to be a part of the fun in 2022.

    Urban Cow

    We teamed up with Sacramento’s Urban Cow to provide refreshments to 5K and 10K event participants. Thank you to all who volunteered! We will have another water station booth if you would like to volunteer on Sunday, December 5th. Sign up here if you’re interested.
